The ballistic visor is laminated with PMMA and polycarbonate with proprietary TPU inter-layer, designed to off entire facial protection from the helmet brim to below the chin area, against multiple hits of ballistic threats, as well as fragmentation and blunt impact.
With no air-space between layers, have the highest light transmission, minimal distortion, and least weight and thickness for the same ballistic protection.
The ballistic visor can be retrofitted to full coverage FAST/MICH helmets with our unique Visor Fastening System (VFS). It can be securely mounted to the helmet with adjustable rear lock and can be quickly attached or detached. The visor can be locked into 3 positions including fully elevated, 45 degrees, and deployed.

Defense Level

This bulletproof face shield can provide a protection of Level IIIA in accordance with NIJ standard-0101.06 (Test report available).
